Markets (typical Spanish street markets)

Markets on the Costa del Sol sell anything from local made arts and crafts, fake designer items, second hand clothes to ecological food. Street markets, known as ‘mercadillos’, are abundant in Málaga province and are often held weekly.

Most markets are held between 10:00 – 14:00 hrs, maybe some open a bit earlier some stay open/up later. A bit like the Spanish ‘laidback’ lifestyle, markets go with the flow depending on the demand and amount of people.
